Help People Grow in Their Faith This Fall
By Serving as a Growth Group Leader, Coordinator or Host
Growth Groups are groups of 15–20 people who meet once a week this fall to study the Bible, grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and enjoy life together.

Someone who enjoys facilitating discussion and helping people grow.
What You’ll Do

Someone who enjoys facilitating discussion and helping people grow.
What You’ll Do
- Lead an 11-week Bible study discussion with the help of a coordinator and host.
- Guide conversation using provided questions
- Help group members connect and grow spiritually
Good to Know
- We provide the study guide, leader guide, and discussion questions
- You don’t have to be a Bible expert
- Ideally, attend the worship service and lead your group each week
Coordinate a Group
Best for:
Someone who likes encouraging and staying connected with people.
What You’ll Do
Good to Know
Someone who likes encouraging and staying connected with people.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Group Leader
- Send weekly reminders to the group members
- Email prayer requests to group members
Good to Know
- This is a great first step into leadership
- You’ll work alongside an experienced Group Leader
Host a Group
Best for:
Someone willing to open their home and create a welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
Good to Know
Someone willing to open their home and create a welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
- Open your home once a week for 11 weeks
- Welcome 12–18 people into your space
- Help create an environment where people can grow in their faith
Good to Know
- Your home doesn’t need to be large or perfect
- You are not expected to provide snacks each week
- Hospitality matters more than square footage
