You’re invited to join us for an exciting new outreach project on Saturday, October 28.
Kidsfest in Delray Beach attracts 2,000-3,000 people each year for trick-or-treating, a parade, games, food trucks, and more. There will be opportunities for everyone to serve, and we have the opportunity to make a BIG difference in the lives of kids and families as we share God's love and invite them to church.
Kidsfest in Delray Beach attracts 2,000-3,000 people each year for trick-or-treating, a parade, games, food trucks, and more. There will be opportunities for everyone to serve, and we have the opportunity to make a BIG difference in the lives of kids and families as we share God's love and invite them to church.
Here are the details:
- Date and Time: Saturday, October 28
- Where: Meet @ The Journey Office for training, free donuts, and coffee. We’ll then carpool to Delray Beach. (The office is located at 2200 NW Boca Raton Blvd, Boca Raton)
- What: We will be serving our community with free bottled water and freeze pops along with invites to The Journey (just in time for the Journey Kids Fall Festival)
- Goal: The goal of this project is to show God's love to each person we meet in a practical way and have an opportunity to invite them to The Journey. We care about people, and by this simple act of service, we can show God’s love to them!
And for you, it’s going to be a blast – you’ll receive clear training and preparation, you’ll have a fun time with friends from all of our growth groups, and you’ll get to make a REAL DIFFERENCE through this easy, high-impact outreach project that will touch people’s hearts!

How Much: There is no charge to participate! However, there is a cost for parking in Delray. So, we’ll carpool, and parking should be approximately $5.
