From preparing follow-up materials for guests and new believers to assembling Sunday programs and ministry resources, office volunteers play a vital role in helping people feel connected, cared for, and valued.

Plus, serving in the church office is a fun and encouraging environment filled with friendship, laughter, prayer, and meaningful ministry.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare First and Second-Time Guest packets and New Believer materials 
• Organize Connection Cards and next-step responses from Sunday services
• Help our staff follow up with guests and church members

Good to Know

• Meets Tuesday mornings from 9am-11am in the church office
• Every project helps our church provide a personal touch in our distant digital age
• You’ll help ensure every guest knows they matter
• No experience is required

• Assemble Sunday programs, message notes, and Connection Cards 
• Prepare resources for upcoming events and ministries
