Every weekend, hundreds of people gather at The Journey Church to worship, grow, and connect with others.
The Response Team exists to help create an environment where people can focus on encountering God with confidence and peace of mind.
If you have medical, military, law enforcement, security, emergency response, or related experience, your training can make a meaningful difference in the life of our church.

Medical Response Team
Best for:
Doctors, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters,
and other healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do
• Provide basic medical assistance when needed at a Sunday service/Journey event
• Assist in evaluating situations and determining appropriate next steps
• Help create a safe environment for guests, attenders, and volunteers
Good to Know
• Medical experience or certification is preferred
• Be prepared to respond to a medical need if it arises at the service
you're already attending
• Your presence provides peace of mind for our church family

Someone who enjoys technology, creativity, and helping things happen behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the campus
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas and respond appropriately
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies or unexpected situations
Good to Know
• Prior experience is preferred
• Additional training and team protocols will be provided
• You’ll play a key role in protecting and caring for our church family
